Description
A heavyweight cotton pullover hoodie reworked through a cut-and-sew intervention. The base garment was a well-constructed, worn-in hoodie with branded graphics. The original back print remains partially visible beneath a hand-cut appliqué of the Misfits crimson ghost, traced and cut from a second sweatshirt sourced in damaged condition and saved from landfill.
Each segment of the grey appliqué was hand-cut, positioned, and sewn directly to the black base in raw-edge construction that shows the work while remaining secure and intentional. The former front logo was removed, and the opening patched with a matching scrap from the salvaged sweatshirt. A Chains label is stitched at the lower hem on the front.
Fit is relaxed and lived-in, with softened fleece, ribbing intact, and surface wear consistent with age and prior personal use.
