Description

A one-of-one keychain built around a small functional tin intended for carrying items that benefit from a protective hard case—pre-rolls, medication, small flowers, jewellery, or coins. The exterior has been worked by hand to evoke the personalised tins passed between friends in adolescence: marked, scratched, drawn on, and sealed. Multiple coats of a non-toxic, acrylic-based matte sealant were applied and cured over several weeks for durability.

Attached to the tin is a miniature metal spatula from a vintage children’s play kitchen set, hand-embossed with Chains and a simple :/ expression. The pairing creates a practical container with a familiar, informal character—an everyday carry object made to live in pockets and bags, building patina through use.

Intended for daily carry. Surface wear will continue to layer naturally.
